Chibiusa Tsukino

Chibiusa Tsukino is the civilian identity of Sailor Chibi Moon, otherwise known as Neo Sailor Moon. She is the daughter of Usagi Tsukino and Mamoru Chiba and is the twin sister of Mitsukai Chiba. She as a child was raised by Setsuna Meiou at the gates of time. She is the current wife to Mase Tomoe and has a daughter named Jennifer Tomoe. Her counterpart is Black Lady.

Personality

Chibiusa is very adventurous and likes to rebel. If she is told something she will most likely do the opposite unless she is given really good reasons as to why she cannot do that thing. Sometimes she can be quite a handful but she knows when to stop. She is usually able to take care of herself due to the fact that she isn’t usually around Setsuna. She is very determined to learn everything that is put before her and she doesn’t stop until she learns it. She is also very open minded to a lot of new ideas. She doesn’t see the need to fight and argue and wants to find a way to put an end to all of it. She doesn’t use her Senshi powers unless she feels an extreme need to due to the fact of her hating all the fighting. She is strong willed when she wants to be but she also knows when to keep to herself.

Transformation Phrase: “Neo-Moon Metamorphosis”
Sequence: Her body immediately gets covered in a pink substance almost like a thick mist. Inside the substance a light first faint then it gets blinding in a matter of seconds. A number of changes happen inside this mist. The mist itself is just covering her body as her outfit that she was wearing disappears to replace itself with her sailor outfit. Her hair is no longer down (like she usually wears it) but up like Usagi’s. Her hair looks not like the light pink it did before but almost as silver her mother’s. When the mist and the light start to fade it leaves a woman standing there wearing the normal Senshi body suit. Her fuku is both a light pink and a darker shade of pink that if looked at a certain way could look almost red. On her back is what looks like a cross of fairy and butterfly wings that shimmer in the light color.

Minor Abilities

Chibiusa has a number of minor abilities due to the fact that she developed her Senshi powers later then everyone expected. Everyone strived to teach her some way to protect herself. And if she wanted to learn something that she thought was important she taught herself not stopping until she had learned it. One of her minor abilities is teleporting that she had taught herself. She knew she might need it later if something were to happen so she had learned it. She has benefited from it on many occasions. She also has other minor abilities which include several forms of self defense, and how to find peoples weaknesses which came to her more like a gift then ability.

History

Chibiusa was born through a union that shouldn’t have even happened. Everyone knew that Usagi would have a girl in the future but no one thought that the future would be so soon or that it would happen the way that it did. Because of that union happening when it did and also how it did Chibiusa was not the only one born, but Usagi had twins which was unexpected. For the longest time even after she and her brother were born Usagi didn’t tell anyone. Then came a time, 3 years after Usagi had given birth to them, when Usagi not only feared Mamoru getting a hold of his kids but also her other darker half. So Chibiusa was sent to be with Setsuna where both Mamoru and her darker half couldn’t get to Chibiusa.

Chibiusa grew up with Setsuna taking care of her and rarely getting to see her brother or her mother. Setsuna was always overprotective of Chibiusa knowing what happened between Usagi and Mamoru and also Usagi's other half. Chibiusa began to slightly rebel because she had always had trouble with listening to restriction and always finding her own way out of them. She was afraid of getting into trouble but it didn’t pose as much of a problem because she twisted things to her own way.

In her teen years she had finally been able to go home to her mother because the earlier problems weren’t as much of a threat. Being home she still had a rebellious streak that doubled because she had gotten older and wanted freedom and not to be treated like a kid anymore.

When she was younger she had met Mase Tomoe and didn’t think much of it other than his fighting with her brother all the time. Since she had come home and was around him more her feeling had changed. She started to like him no matter how much she denied it. When she was 17 they had gotten married and not many people were in attendance because she felt that they wouldn’t approve. Not long after though she started to feel both guilty and regretful for not having her family there for her wedding. After being married though she told everyone and wasn’t surprised that they were upset with her.

When she was 20 Chibiusa had a daughter, Jennifer Kimi Tomoe. There had been a lot of complications during that time but because of having been visited by her future daughter some years back she has learned not to be as overprotective as was once thought.
