Miakio Xiong

Personality

At first she is cold to everyone she meets in order to try and understand them. If Kio-chan does not like anyone she has the tendency to act like a bitch yet if you are capable of getting into her good side she is a good natured yet crazy girl. Of her sisters she is the girlish one of them all.

Sailor Despina

Forms

Sailor Despina has three forms:
General form: Most commonly used senshi form similar to Sailor Venus's uniform. The only difference was that Mia had her bangs blue and her choker was red with a single dropping ruby.
Secondary form: Second form used and was usually when she was playing the role of general when Kiyo was away. Her Senshi fuku is totally changed from what it was in her General Form. The uniform consists of white knee -length boots that end at the bottom of her knees. Her skirt consists of various pieces of cloth starts off with red with a gradient of red and ends up in white. Her bodice would be white and would expose her back and her sides. The top and bottom part of the bodice would be connected with a silver ring. She would have a braided chocker (Red, orange, and silver) with a single droplet ruby. Her hair would still be loose with streaks of red or orange. She would acquire weapon: Set of silver sai's.
Final Form: Princess form- Not much known about this form only that she has the use of a staff as well.

Attacks

• Dark Crystals: A dark void starts to create in her hand as it slowly expands outward towards the heavens and an explosion is seen where the enemy is blinded and a rain of dark razor sharp crystals descend on the target.
• Dark Light: Puts her hands in a cusp directed towards her target in which a dark energy is collected and then emitted in either a single or multiple beam to the target leaving a deep crater in it's path.

History

She is one of the sailor soldiers under Kiyo's orders and has always been fiercely loyal to her since she was found after being made an outcast of the Venus family at a young age. Miakio, is cousin to Sailor Venus and was hurt deeply when she was removed from her side yet she would observe her from a far, taking care that nothing would affect the blonde princess. After a few years of wondering on her own, Miakio was found by Kiyo and later became Kiyo's soldier, including being second in command and her head of security, later on Mia started to consider Kiyoko like the sister she never had when she was a child. The two females became very good friends while going through the tough patches and the good ones in the Silver Millennium and in her present life.

When the blonde princess of Despina was born in the present time period, she lived a wonderful child hood in New York City with her parents. Her father was the owner of international famed broking company while her mother lived the life of a famed ex-model and her parents called her Kio as a child. During a business trip of her father that her mother had accompanied him to Los Angeles the private jet that was owned by the Xiong exploded in the air leaving the blonde as the sole heiress to the Xiong industry. Miakio lived, work and studied in New York’s infamous university, NYU and then proceeded to be an exchange student in Tokyo. Little did she know her life would take a radical turn as she re-met Kiyo.

Mia found a sister once more in Kiyo as she moved to Tokyo and took jobs modeling every now and then, the job she had learned from her mother. The blonde model finished her studies and got her degree in Fashion Management thinking it would be a good choice due to her career. A couple of years later they found another lost senshi, Hoshi, which she and Mia would become inseparable later. The both had a knack of getting into trouble, but Mia always took the blame for the younger senshi whom she considered to be a younger sister. Later on the younger sister would disappear and was never heard of. Her departure broke Mia’s heart as she lost someone else in her family. Kiyo’s departure all of a sudden as well had left the blonde female cold and live life as if it were the last day. Her return caused her to be a bit more cautious but later relaxed as she took up her duty once more.

Now, Miakio is now one of the most renowned and famous model all over the world; she took up the modeling world up in a flurry as she rose to the apex of stardom. Currently at the moment, Miakio is now the only Light Senshi that used to be under Kiyoko's command that is known to be alive. After Kiyo’s death she felt once more alone with only Ryu and her brother-in-law, Angelus, as her only support.
